The visionary behind Honoliʻi Orchards. Colin leads the farming and the research here, from fermentation trials to the orchard’s 120+ cacao varieties, and holds a master’s degree in cacao fermentation and drying from UH Mānoa.

Wrenn runs the business side of the farm: the website, advertising, guest communications, social media, partnerships, inventory and on-farm upgrades, plus whatever else needs doing. You’ll also find Wrenn leading farm tours and tastings.

Jude leads both the orchard walk and the chocolate tasting, taking guests from the trees all the way to the bar.

April leads chocolate tastings in the tasting room, guiding guests through ten-plus single-origin Hawaiian bars.

Jessie leads chocolate tastings, walking guests through the flavors of Hawaiʻi’s craft chocolate, bar by bar.

Orion helps with the hands-on work that keeps the orchard running.
